I was deeply moved by her portrayal of Josip, a great man with even greater ideals that come from the influence of Russeau and Voltaire, two great minds which i personally admire; a kind heart and well-thought beliefs, especially fanatical about human rights. So open minded, honest and different from the ill traditions of his days! I couldn't even finish the last book, all the injustices that made his whole life miserable were too much for me to comprehend even only by reading. Since I wasn't sure if the information in the books are accurate, i started searching and your article is the first thing i stumbled upon (except wikipedia, of course). Judging from everything i've found, i'm really glad Zagorka did such a good job in presentig the real Josip to the world. He clearly deserved it. Nije suhoparan, već kao da je začinjen objektivnim i zanimljviim komentarima! Ako možeš, dodaj nešto i o njegovom odnosu prema kulturnom životu. Bio je, naime, veliki ljubitelj glazbe. Sam je svirao fortepiano (pretaču današnjeg glasovira), a u Beču je utemeljio nacionalno kazalište u kojemu su se uz tada najpopularnije talijanske, izvodile i opere na njemačkom jeziku s govorenim dijalozima između opernih brojeva. Takva se opera nazivala Singspiel (njem. igrokaz s pjevanjem). Bio je i svjestan Mozartove genijalnosti, od koejga je za života naručivao i opere (La finta semplice = Jednostavna prijevara, Die Enführung aus dem Serail = Otmica iz saraja), a bio je prisutan i na premjeri četveročinke Le nozze di Figaro (Figarov pir).
